Dear Mr. Gabbert:
This e-mail is in reference to your wonderful employee Brook Terwilliger. Brook responded to an online request that I made regarding our wishes to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. From that first day he was caring, endearing and very persistent to help me and my husband fulfill our dream of owning our “Dream” vehicle.
I’m sure you get many of these e-mails but I sincerely want you to understand the lengths that Brook went to to make this sale. He responded to my e-mail within minutes of receiving it and this was not an easy sale to make.
My husband and I had very challenging credit and instead of blowing us off us he treated us like the most important customers in the world. And I will tell you I have had many dealerships over the last few weeks blow me off. He persisted, and persisted and called me every day to check on me. He made me feel special when no one else would. He listened to every word I said and every request that I made. He researched our credit and worked very hard to put a deal together.I will never forget the experience that I shared with Brook.
I had many other dealerships not even respond to my requests and I can tell you that when in a position like mine that is devastating. Brook filled us with invaluable information regarding repairing our credit and always kept in mind the perfect vehicle that we wanted. We visited your dealership a week ago and Brook took the time to try and make a deal work and after it didn’t, he still didn’t give up. He kept working for us and when we left that evening my husband said to me on the way home that he didn’t want to buy a vehicle from anyone other than Brook. We came across another vehicle which was a very good deal and we could have bought that vehicle this evening but Brook called us today with that wonderful personality and a huge smile coming across the phone line and said that he had the perfect vehicle for us and as soon as my husband got off of work we headed to Gresham. It was not only our “Dream Truck” but our dream experience.
Brook was always honest, patient and took the time to make sure we had our dream truck and the deal that would work for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Gresham Toyota and with Brook. He is a very special employee and I hope that you value him as much as we always will. I will refer everyone I know to him and your dealership.
